Merchants needed a clearer picture of the types of card credentials stored across their customer base. Understanding this mix would help them assess costs and negotiate pricing with card schemes.
They also needed a way to review individual credentials and update supported customer card details.

I designed the Vault dashboard, connecting an overview of stored credentials with individual card details and editing.

Outcome
Payment instruments in one view
The project screens show a dashboard view of payment instruments. Delivery outcomes and performance results are not yet documented.

The experience distinguishes editable details from protected card data, helping merchants understand what they can change.
